Bemis Manufacturing Company stands behind all our products. If your seat is damaged in any way please call our Consumer Care Center for assistance in repairing or replacing your seat. All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

Return of Seats
Bemis will happily accept the return of your seat for any reason within 30 days of purchase and will provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. Bemis will not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend selecting a return delivery method that includes shipment tracking or delivery confirmation, as we will not be responsible for lost or destroyed shipments. Once your return is received by Bemis, please allow five to ten days for the refund to be applied to your credit card. Returned seats are recycled and not re-sold.
Bemis does not offer exchanges at this time.
Please fill out the form below to begin the return process for your seat. Once received, Bemis will provide you with a return authorization number that must be included with the seat. Bemis cannot accept returns without this form and a return authorization number.
